Every recipe is cooked through and every regional claim checked before it goes live, yet a typo in a measurement can slip past, and plenty of food history is argued over by the very people who grew up eating the dish. When something on a page seems off to you, tell us here instead of through a general message. That way your note is logged and someone actually looks into it.

What helps us fix it

• The address of the page, or the name of the recipe.
• The exact spot that looks wrong, whether that is an amount, a step, a timing or a claim about region or history.
• Your reasoning, if you can give it, along with a source when you have one to hand.
