Unless a page names an outside source, the recipes, technique guides and regional research on Avantgardede were written for this site.

Typefaces

Fraunces is used for headings and Inter for running text. Both carry the SIL Open Font License, and both are delivered through Google Fonts.

Images

If a recipe or guide has no photograph of its own yet, you will see a simple designed tile in its place, never a stock picture that only looks similar. Any photograph added later will either be taken for Avantgardede or used under a proper licence, and images are never linked directly from other people's websites.

Citations

A historical or regional statement that needs backing gets its source at the foot of the same page, right beside the claim, so you can check it there instead of hunting through a central list.
